I have decided to commit to change. It is time to be serious and focused on health and happiness. I have found over the years that it is my choice to be sad or happy, a victim or victor, make excuses or get the job done. No more looking outside of me for why I can't lose weight. Today I begin a new journey of determination to make it happen. I will exercise everyday in someway. Yes, I can make excuses about why I can't get outside but those no longer hold up when my computer is working and I have access to the great DVD's on this site. I will exercise. I will track my food. I will make good healthy choices and come July when I have testing for a rare cancer that runs in my family I will be found healthy and cancer free. I am determined and I am doing what I can to be the healthiest me I can be. After that, I will leave my life in God's hands trusting He has a good plan for me. I may not be able to go where I want during the day but I can take a journey to health in my home with my walking buddies on Spark. My road is not a lonely one because I have support right here. I will be victorious and celebrate health, long life, and friends/family connections. Life is good and opportunities are what we make of them. It is time to change and view the world from the eyes of a winner.

My Goals:
*To lose 100 lbs. by June of 2015.

*To develop relationships.

*To log my food and water intake on Spark.

* To log my exercise on the Spark tracker.

* Keep my blood pressure down and work at staying stress free

* To stay positive and look for the good in life.

*To build muscle and burn fat.



My Program:
For Weight:

1)Drink 64 oz. of water per day

2) Eat Clean and track food to know if I am getting the right types of food.

3)Exercise every day by moving some way, yoga, or walking. Top priority is to have FUN!

4)Log exercise in tracker and change up type of exercises done. Keep it FUN and active.

5) Keep blood pressure down and stress level low






Personal Information:
I am married to my high school sweetheart for 37 years now. We have 5 children and 9 grandchildren so far. I am on a journey to health and happiness. I will not give up. I will do my best to stay focused and not get distracted. Each day brings a new opportunity to change. I choose to make healthy good changes.


Other Information:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I love to encourage others, pray, walk/run, and read. Most of all I love to spend time with my family. My prayer for you is that God will bless you in all you do and He will show Himself to you in an awesome way. My God can do exceedingly abundantly above all you can ask or think. He is a BIG GOD.
