****GOALS FOR 2016 ******

2015 was less than stellar for me. I was hoping it would be "MY YEAR" to hit maintenance. Instead I got HIT by life.. not that I'm the only one to go through trying times, it's just that I didn't handle the roller coaster very well. Instead of losing 36lbs I gained 16lbs, my body fat % went up and my muscle mass went down... this was NOT in my plans. I did manage to log into sparkpeople every single day for a year ha ha that probably helped me not to gain double what I did, so I'm thankful for that!

I've done a ton of research and came up with a life plan that I think will help ME find that sweet spot for weight loss and over all good health. Now, I just need to work the plan, and when life throws me those curve balls, I'll be ready to hit back!!

I've decided my make my S-M-A-R-T goals smaller, more achievable, looking for a positive less stressful life. Looking for that Holy Grail of BALANCE!! THAT...is my goal for 2016!!**!!**

I love this...this poem will be my motivation this year!

    So, what's for lunch today???

    I am having leftover roast beef that was cooked in the crockpot in au jus OMG so good. I have cucumber and green beans if I want. I want more coffee but am trying to cut back. So water first...then coffee!

    SOOOO ready for the end of school! Between soccer, swimming and the GS play our schedule is nuts and I'm frankly sick of looking at the inside of my car. I'm going to try to do summer different this year and be home more. We were gone nearly every weekend last summer and I want to be home to enjoy my patio, have friends over and keep my flowers alive, lol. DH will be annoyed cuz he has a lot of leave he never gets to use but I don't have a lot and I'd love a staycation, ya know?
