I have been a member of Sparkpeople on and off since my first son was born on Feb. 20, 2008. While I have made the transition to a full healthy lifestyle, Sparkpeople helps me stay accountable. If I feel I have been off track for a few days I start religiously tracking again until my diet is back in check. I have always loved to workout so getting enough exercise is not an issue. Currently my program involves following Zuzana Light's workouts on YouTube and making my own workouts also ...

My diet is in transition from not being just clean, but also Paleo. I'm hoping it helps me shed the last couple pounds I would like to see shaved off my frame.

My Program:
Eat right, eat light, and be as active as possible. HIIT is my staple and I do it at least 3 days a week for 12 to 50 min those days. I walk frequently, do sprints once a week, and go for a trail run at least once a week when schedule permits. On days where I am too tired or sore to push through an intense workout I pop in an aerobic, Pilates, or Yoga DVD (Billy Blank's Tae Bo or Crunch).

Cool, what are you going to school for? Well, going to school and a 1 & 4 yr old, definitely have to keep you busy. I totally think you should go for your PT if that is something that interests you. I hope to get my PT too, but I totally understand where you are coming from. I am a home workout freak as well, actually never been to a gym but being so passionate about fitness & health I think it would be a great opportunity plus learning experience (get me out of my shy shell). What workouts do you do at home?
LOVE it, I knee we had a lot in common, can't be Laughing cheese and red hot!!!

Thanks for adding me! I love your page!! So...what keeps you busy during the day? Do you have a favorite workout?
I have a 5yr old that keeps me on my toes….a house to keep up (like all of us woman...LOL), and a full time job as a business analyst. I also own my own fitness business... which is where my heart is!!! I get to help others by sharing with them what has worked for me. My passion for life, leading a healthier lifestyle, & thriving to better myself (inside & out) daily has completely changed since I committed to being a fitness coach.
I LOVE to spend my summers outside doing yard work, soaking up the sun, spending time with family & friends, or playing. I really look forward to getting to know each other better - Take care!
