Fresh start.. tracking that food.. portion control and move that butt...

The older I get the harder it is to get this weight off. I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I've tried many different kinds of diets, many kinds of fitness programs . At one point I was too thin. Hard to believe but true. But now I've put that weight on and then some. I weigh more now than I have ever. Now it's become a health concern. I'm hoping that by getting to a normal weight I can get off of these BP meds and enjoy shopping for fun clothes again. I seem to ...

I seem to do best when I have support from others who are in the "same boat" as myself. Today is "day one" of what I hope will be a long and successful journey to continued good health.
