My Goals:
Some of my goals are: 1. To get healthier. 2. Look better. 3. To lose weight period. 4.To fit back into my pre pregnancy jeans and to look good in the styles I like. 5, Be able to run a 5K. 6. Be able to be fit enough to join the military again!
My Program:
Just came back to trying to live a healthy lifestyle once again. This I started off walking for a while, and now I graduated to a run/walk. I am also doing P90X and I will stick with it.
Personal Information:
I really don't care to share a whole lot about myself in this category, but I am a married woman from Oklahoma with one son and I will leave it at that!
Other Information:
Don't ever give up even when the times get tough.
