Hi Mozinna....I noticed on one of the boards that you were having a hard time getting motivated to exercise...you are not alone on that front. I just started a team called 10-minute F.I.T.(Friends in Training) for people like you and me. It is brand new, but my thought is that is we can just find 10-minutes a day to start to develop a habit, then people can move on from there. i have a personal trainer who is going to help me with the team and offer different options to see what might interest people. i'd love it if you'd come join us and make a small commitment toward a bigger healthy goal. Just stopping by to say hi and hope you have a Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!! My 5-year-old daughter is excited because that means she gets “green” milk in school again and the “little green guys” will have created another scavenger hunt for her class. I can’t believe she remembered that from last year yet! Too bad I can’t get her to remember every morning without being reminded it seems at least twice to feed her cats!!!!!
