Melissa's Weight Loss

I have always struggled with my weight and it got worse when I hurt my back. Back surgery in 2008 took care of that. In 2009 I was diagnosed with depression and fibromyalgia then lost my job in 2010. I was at my highest weight, 200 lbs. It has been a real struggle the last few years but then I started to lose small amounts of weight without even trying. That was my incentive and I am currently 30 lbs down.

Hi Melissa,
Welcome to SP!
It sounds like you have a lot on your plate.
A little bit of daily exercise is better than none. 10 minutes a day is a good start.
SP has exercise videos here on the site that may be helpful. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/videos.

Using the Nutrition and Fitness trackers will help keep you in check.
And being active on your Spark Teams will help keep you accountable and motivated.
