I want to be a success story!
I am a 28 year old who has not been taking care of herself for a while now. In fact, I would say that I have NEVER taken the time to take care of myself! In the past, like a lot of people, I would start a diet and/or would start getting healthy, BUT I would quit 1 to 5 days later. Today, I am ready! YES! I am 100% ready to clean up my act, my life, and start living the life I want and deserve. I have decided to make long term lasting lifestyle changes. ...

I am 100% ready to clean up my act, my life, and start living the life I want and deserve. I have decided to make long term lasting lifestyle changes. It all starts with no longer taking life for granted, being more positive for what I do have, but not indulging in unnecessary/unhealthy habits. I want to feel better, live a more positive life, and overall feel like I am in control of my personal well-being. Please feel free to add me as a friend, send me your feedback, or give any advice. My Goals:
My overall goal is to feel and be healthy, stronger, happier, and more confidant! My S.M.A.R.T Goal is: - To prepare a personal health schedule on Sunday mornings that will prepare and organize my exercise and meal plans for the rest of the week. I will try this over the next 4 weeks and treat my personal schedule like a real JOB schedule that I MUST stick to! After 4 weeks I will re-assess and adjust if needed. My other mini goals are to: - Drink 8 cups of water/day - DO NOT HIT SNOOZE!!! - 15 minutes of house chores/day Here are a list of my weight mini goals: - Get out of the 90's - Get out of the 80's - Get out of the 70's - Get out of the 60's - Get out of the 50's - Goal weight: 146lbs WHEN I reach the 70's I get to buy a Real Life Spark Object!! Like a workout shirt or something else, that will be my mid-way reward! :D
