"Slow and steady wins the race" Since joining Spark I have learned that weight loss is a process that takes time. At the end of the process I will find a leaner, more healthier me. I have also learned that since taking exercise more seriously, I have muscles I never thought I had. I feel stronger and look stronger. That's the best part of this whole journey, I like how my body looks! Even if I haven't reached my goal weight. Thanks Spark!

Hey! I am so glad to hear you are back up and running! I finished my 13 in 13 at Trenton on the 9th! I am running a couple more races this year, and will be doing the Dopey Challenge in Disney in January. I am hoping to run 14 in 14, but many will be virtual races to keep costs low!

Thanks for the goodie! The race went mostly well, I had some knee pain towards the end, which slowed me down, but I still beat last year's time by 3 minutes!

The Broad Street Run looks awesome! I am doing the Long Branch Half that day, we will have to cheer each other on from afar!

I am surprised your plan doesn't put long runs on the weekend! A race will always mess up your next run, don't worry about that one and keep plugging along! They will def. get easier!!
