Belly Busting Blog
I'm a young mother of two, who has made a year long commitment to becoming healthier. I am setting goals, and I really hope to reach them this time. I want to be an inspiration to those around me and help others reach their goals as well... The year is over and while I am definitely healthier, I did not meet my goal of losing 83lbs. I did get halfway there though :) I plan to continue to lose and reach my goal February 2012. I have another 40-50lbs to lose. I'm not giving up.

My Goals:
My initial goal is to lose 6lbs by June 27th. I am well on my way to that goal. I am going to try to continue to lose 8lbs per month working toward my longterm goal of 40lbs by November 2012.
My Program:
I am tracking my daily and weekly calorie deficit. I try to have a calorie deficit of 7000 calories per week. I am also trying to be active a minimum of 30 minutes per day 5 times per week.
Personal Information:
My name is Marsha. I'm from central, PA. I'm a stay-at-home mom/student trying to be the best person I can be. I want to lose weight to be healthier and feel better about myself. I also would like to inspire those around me to take better care of themselves.
Other Information:
I love reading. I just finished the Hunger Games series and totally fell in love with it! I also enjoy playing music and singing. And surprisingly I like working out. I love feeling strong and fit.
