Progress!
I've been working out lately and can feel a difference. I haven't lost much in pounds but I'm able to pull my pants off w/o unbuttoning/unzipping them! And when I do my workout videos I can stretch way farther than I've been able to since high school. It feels good to feel good after workouts.
