So I have done all this before, I made it to one-derland and have seen how great it is that I could play with my kids and enjoy a healthy marriage with my husband. Look and feel good about myself both inside and out and for some stupid reason I let myself get right back to where I started, all 61lbs right back on....So I am hitting the restart button and trying this all over again. I have grown and changed in so many ways since I first started this journey and I am ready to get back into it with a fresh perspective and new found strength.

My Goals:
Get back to where I was in the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011. I felt good, I was active and I could play with my kids without getting winded or feeling uncomfortable about participating and being seen by people.

My Program:
Right now I am not doing anything special. I watch my portions but eat anything, really, that I want. Everything is fine in moderation, as they say. I have a goal to work out at least 3 days a week and walk the dogs at least 4 days a week. My daughter wants to walk the dogs with me and I think it is a great habit to start together. I am trying to get my husband on the same program but we will see how that goes.
