Outrun Yourself

Im a 23 year old college student looking to get back into the shape I know I should be in. After going to the doctor and realizing I had put on over 50 pounds since high-school I've pledged to get healthy, lose the weight, and build habits that will keep me that way.

Hi, Thanks for reading my blog about the Garmin Forerunner 10. I ended up returning it. I live in the Pacific Northwest and it was taking forever to find my location. And the two times I attempted to go out, it did not find me. I charged it before the first run, then when it could not locate me, I took it off. I mean, when you are READY to go, you are ready to go! Two days later, I tried again, and it said the battery was LOW! Good grief. So, I read more reviews on Amazon, and it seems like people either love it, or hate it, and some who struggled with the GPS locator also lived in the northwest. Maybe a coincidence? But some people said it took up to 30 minutes to have it work. And I am just not going to wait that long. Hope this helps. I for one, will be doing more research in hopes there is a better, more reliable product with about the same price-point. If you find anything, let me know! emoticon emoticon
