On my way to a better me
I'm a 40+ year old mom of 2. 10 years ago when I weaned my baby, I was 135 pounds & a size 6. Something changed - hormonal/chemical & my body went haywire. I put on over 50 pounds since then. I've lost & regained some over the years but I *need* to get back to a healthy weight.

My Goals:
My overall goal is to get healthy, feel better, have more energy and look amazing. I had a time line that laid out my weight loss plan. Plans are great but need to be flexible. So although I still hope to reach my goal weight, my real focus is going to be to have a BMI that falls into the normal range. Once I reach that, I can refocus on my goal weight.
My Program:
Action steps: Exercise daily Log exercise Drink 8+ cups water Eat a good breakfast Eat healthy lunch – no school food! Limit alcohol Watch portions Healthy choices Log all food
