Breathing exercises daily

Upper body strength training 2X week

Intuitive stretching daily

Stay moving with light activity to accomplish projects

Eat the Rainbow (food that connects with the chakras)

General goals:
Get enough sleep/rest
Drink enough water
Make meaningful connections with others

I agree, it is crazy what we put ourselves through. It's also crazy that I really didn't feel like my routine was that intense! All the numbers said I was in a healthy range, so that's what I went by. But obviously the numbers weren't enough to keep me from pushing too hard.
