My Goals:
I'd like to adopt a fully vegan life style, become a regular runner and become 130 pounds give or take. Time to reach a healthy BMI!!

My Program:
Strength Training:
Legs- 1x/week
Arms- 2x/week
Abs/Back-2x/week
Cardio:
Jogging-2-3x/week
Try walking wherever possible

Diet: in creation. Try to say under 1500 cals and eliminate sugar. Gradually go Vegan from semi-Vegetarian (I currently eat chicken and some fish). Also reduce, refind carbs!
