Reaching goals is easier than it seems.

I've started working towards my goals, and falling off the so called wagon too many times.
But I'm still here, and despite all that's happened, I'm finding that keeping myself going without letting the train stop is not all that hard.
It IS tough going to reach my goals, but I'm more determined than ever to be the me I know I can be.
Weight loss can not be about anyone else. It has to be about you, and how you see yourself. I'm a big believer in body confidence at any size, ...

My Goals:
My Goals.. that's an interesting one. I think mostly it's to feel better about myself.

People tell me I'm pretty, but for me it isn't enough to be called pretty when I don't feel it, nor do I feel fit.

In a way, I want to wear a dress I bought years ago and couldn't wear it, which sounds selfish.. but my confidence needs that boost :P

My Program:
Keeping up with the healthy eating goals and ensuring that my portion sizes are adequate.
Following New Rules walking 50 mins a day, and running around after the little ones.

Personal Information:
Well, my name's Sairah. I'm 29 and from Sheffield, UK.

I've had so many yo-yo diets and bouts of not eating at all, that I think it's finally time I took things into my own hands again and worked hard at it.
Especially for my young sons. They are my world, and I'm just not fit enough to keep up with theirs.
