I CANNOT EAT THIS and be thinner!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by my page and reading my info.

For the most part of my life I have not had a weight problem. The most I had ever gotten up to was 160lbs. Most of the time I weighed in the 140's.

Thanks so much for stopping by my page and reading my info.

For the most part of my life I have not had a weight problem. The most I had ever gotten up to was 160lbs. Most of the time I weighed in the 140's.

In 2003 I started having health issues and the weight started jumping on and got up to 299 in my nightshirt in 2012. One by one my health issues got me. It was harder and harder to walk because I was in so much pain. I had to leave my job earlier than I had planned.

I had given up and had thoughts of going to a nursing home. Then one day I decided to not give up. I went to Doctor after Doctor, pleading with anyone that would listen, to please help me. Most said I was having problems because I was getting older.

Please don't give me the age card. I KNEW there was something wrong with me. And, I believed in my heart that someone could help me.

I kept on and on and told them (the Doctors), that there is something wrong with me. I begged them to please fix me. I had been to 12 different Doctors. I finally found one that realized right away that I did have a problem.

I am not totally fixed, but I am doing my own physical therapy and taking vitamins. And taking the prescribed meds.

I am down 34 lbs. since November of 2012. Today is Wednesday, June 4, 2014.

I am a lot more consistent with my diet lately. I am using the Spark Food Tracker and it has helped me a lot.

I knew if I would put my mind to this, some more of the weight would come off. It is a slow process, but I do not want to give up.

I can use all of the encouragement I can get. Thanks.

Current Status:
MISSPEACHES3 Had the Plumber come out on yesterday. He asked me how old I was. When I told him, he called the office and got me a senior citizen discount. Don't mind admitting my age for that. :0))

My Goals:
My goal is to be back to me. I do remember what that felt like. I realise that I will have to make some sacrifices to get back to me. I pray that God will help me be what He wants me to be.

My Program:
Any kind of movement is my program. With all of the health problems I have, I can't walk so good, so I do what I can. I will look on line to see what kind of exercises I can do.

Personal Information:
I remember when I was growing up, I never thought I would weigh as much as I do now. I have health problems that prevent me from moving around a lot.I do try to move as much as I am able. I am getting better. I don't want to give up. I want this condition to know, that God and I are in control.
