April 1 is Day One
It is time to stop with the excuses and get back into the practice of healthy living. I know my poor choices are a big reason for my constant fatigue; it is time to stop saying I cannot exercise because I am too tired. It is time to stop saying, "A little bit won't hurt me," and proceeding to eat "a lot bit." So April 1 is Day One. The day I start turning it around again, remembering that SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS. I know my poor choices are a big reason for my constant fatigue; it is time to stop saying I cannot exercise because I am too tired. It is time to stop saying, "A little bit won't hurt me," and proceeding to eat "a lot bit." So April 1 is Day One. The day I start turning it around again, remembering that SUCCESS BREEDS SUCCESS. Focusing on little successes one at a time, I will build a stronger foundation for the healthier lifestyle I was enjoying and will begin enjoying again starting on April 1... DAY ONE.
