Defying the Laws of Gravity

I want to move beyond the scale and embrace a healthy lifestyle. I want to gain focus, confidence, and enthusiasm. I want to be brave and determined.

Most importantly, I want to be happy, have fun and remember to live in this moment!

I've lost 80 lbs through hard work, diet and exercise. I've gotten lazy and have lost sight of what it means to put my mental and physical well-being first. I would like to lose about 20 more while developing good habits that I can ...

My Goals:
- Lose 20 lbs (1 lb at a time)
- Gain self-confidence
- Be able to run more than 3 miles without stopping
- Feel less self-conscious
- Branch out into the SparkPeople Community!
- Eat more fruits and veggies!
- Be open to learning new things

My Program:
- Tracking food/water intake
- Cardio at least 3x week (starting with the new SparkPeople workout DVD!)
- Add in more weight training (2x week)
- Walking, jogging, swimming, family sports activities

Personal Information:
My name is Jessica, and I'm relatively new to the married lifestyle (though I've been with my husband now for almost 5 years). We live with our cat in a quiet town in Massachusetts.

Other Information:
I want to learn how to utilize all of what Spark has to offer me to start achieving all of my goals!
