My Goals:
My goal is simply from this moment on, every moment of my life, to live the healthiest life I can so that I don't end up a crippled dependent on my family. And if I have a lapse of sanity, and relapse, my goal is---------
My Program:
My program at this time is just incorporating as much movement into my day as possible. I keep a set of handweights by my favorite chair so that even when I am sitting watching TV I pick them up and do some strength training.
