LET'S DO THIS....

My name is Melanie Ann. I'll be 27 in a couple weeks. I am a wife to my hubby and a Mama to my 2 lil' munchkins (3 yr Girl and 9 month Boy.) My goal is to lose 50-60 pounds! I've lost 11 already!:) It's been hard for me to just stick with it and I NEED to do this!! I need to feel good about myself again cause honestly, I just don't and I hate it! I'm a stay at home Mama and I love my kids -obviously, but I KNOW I'd be so darn much happier if I were to reach my goal. I would get out and do more ...

I would get out and do more things with family and friends and I'd actually WANT to go places. Sometimes I wonder if I'm depressed and that's why I'm creating this page is to get support from others! I NEED IT! I want to feel like I'm worth something again and I know losing this weight (most of it from pregnancies) will big time boost my confidence. I would love any comments, support and love from ANYONE and I'd also LOVE to hear about your stories, goals, trials and successes with SparkPeople. I'm more determined than ever to get this weight off...LET'S DO THIS!!

My Program:
With SparkPeople, I am watching my food portions and limiting my sugar intake a lot.
I try to exercise everyday! I do workout DVDS, treadmill, stretching programs and weight programs from home.
