I'm disabled do to a fall and I haven't been able to walk more than five minutes without loosing the feelings in my lower body and that I usually us a shopping cart to assist in walking. It is now been almost eight years since I have been able to walk any distance.With out the assistance of a shopping cart in a grocery store or department store. I seen Skechers shape-ups on tv and bought a pair.Wow they do keep you core and posture inline.In the first three days I walked a total of 4 miles wooo hooo.
