New Beginnings!

My name is Dana and live in GA. I came here for support and advise for my weight loss journey. Over the past 5 yrs I've dropped 30 lbs but I've plateaued for the past 2 yrs. Just started a new exercise program last month and I'm loving the new challenges. I've been married for 27 years and I'm a mother of 3 children - 2 with special needs. Looking forward to connecting with others on a similar journey.

Go to Group Personal Training 2-3 days a week.

Workout at home 3 days a week.

Eat more - yes, I said eat more. I haven't eaten well for the past 15 years. Time to get on track!

Hey there just checking in...I haven't been good about getting on here but it is on my list of things to do because I think it makes a big difference to connect with other people rather than just using the ap on my phone. When you get a chance let me know how things are going down there. We just had the most amazing week of summer weather but early spring has returned with cold rain. I have renewed my workout routine and am doing well right now with all my healthy choices.

Hello...sorry that i haven't been in touch the holidays can be such a crazy but fun time of year for us. I have been using spark but mostly on my phone so just for tracking. Looks like you have been doing well!! Glad to see that your ankle didn't keep you down long. I am finally feeling back on track after the holidays and really focused on our Feb cruise during school break. When you have some time fill me in...I have been thinking of you.

Hey Julia! I'm doing well. Well, except I fell during my workout tonight & twisted my ankle. There's no swelling, so I'm hoping it will be fine tomorrow. My weigh-in was changed to next Monday so I have another week to lose. It is warm here - 63 today and it should be in the 40-50's the rest of the week. Hope you can get your workouts done in the cold up there. Keep me posted as to how you are doing!
