I will keep trying
This is my third try. Hopefully three time's a charm. My main problem with maintaining a healthy weight is curbing my snacking addiction. My bad foods are potato chips and anything with chocolate. I am doing well with my diet and do great during the day. I can now pass by the chips due to the fact that planning my meals and eating at regular intervals keep me satisfied. I even pack my lunch when I go shopping or running errands. Its just the evenings that are an issue now.

I have a food diary and I plan my meals in advance. I stick to the plan and I MEASURE everything. I am trying to make exercise a daily habit.
Personal Information:
Married 20 years on June 30,2010. 2 wonderful children, Emileigh, and Adam. I am enjoying being in the 50's.
Other Information:
This is a journey I am very committed to. I look forward to the day that I dont have to obsess constantly about my weight. This is my final combat.
