Hi I'm Stephanie, I joined SparkPeople early in 2008 after becoming engaged. This site along with a lot of BodyPump & Step classes helped me get to my goal weight for our wedding in December '08. Now after having a baby on New Year's Day 2011 it's time to completely start over! My husband, Andy and I live in Indianapolis on a cute lake with our brand new little guy, Davis and two dogs Charley & Penny. We love to travel, entertain friends, watch movies & spend time with our family. I work full time and love cooking, taking pictures, shopping, decorating the house, and of course being a mom!

I'd love to hear from other moms who have managed to lose the weight. I have 25lbs to go of a 55lb weight gain! Good luck to everyone in their own quest for a healthy lifestyle and the bodies we've always wanted!

Fitness Minutes: 13,014

My Goals:
To get back to pre-pregnancy weight by December 2011, 150 pounds! Short term goal is losing the first 15lbs by July 1st (160lbs).

My Program:
I'm a nursing mom so I'm starting to watch my calorie intake and want to keep it between 1800 - 2000 per day. It's nice out now too so my goal is to walk 30 - 45 minutes at least 5 times per week.

Personal Information:
I live in the great city of Indianapolis. I really enjoy working in the yard, being on any water and being "domestic" :). I am dog lover and have a sweetie Husky mix, Charley. Recently married, I love to spend time with my husband, going on date nights, traveling, watching movies and going out with friends.

Other Information:
I love to travel, scrapbook, take pictures, spend time with family, plan things, make lists-haha, cook and hang out with friends.
