count calories (and portion size). eat nutritiously, limited grains.(natural food-no powders, etc.).

sleeping enough.

increasing exercise slowly but surely.

Personal Information:
i find it much more interesting to exercise my mind than my body. the only muscle i enjoy moving is my tongue.

i lack the time and interest to prepare good food.

i want to eat whatever i see, (so parties etc. are hard to resist)."see-food diet"

i''m not an emotional eater but i enjoy eating with other people.

Other Information:
was able to carry grandchild. wasn't able to carry her sister 10 years ago.

MINNIE,
I spent the last 3 days with my grandsons. My DD needed my help on Monday. Boy I forgot how much work it was to deal with school. I walked the boys to school with Mom so she could introduce me to their teachers because I was going to pick them up. Walked back to school to pick them up. Had them do their chores and checked homework. The youngest needed a lot of prodding. Walked back to school again for the oldest baseball practice. Finished homework and off to bed. I was exhausted.

Glad you stopped by my blog. As you can see I haven't blogged often but I just needed to do this. I'm so glad you liked it and I hope you find it helpful. Thanks.

Oh, I've been doing pretty good with the friendly food. I did have some lunchmeat when I ran out of canned chicken. I'm going to have to open another can and I'm going to use a different condiment in place of mayo that has a lot less calories and next to no fat. I love it and its spicy and I love that too. Thanks for the goodie!!
