So here I am trying to drop some serious poundage.

Time to make some serious changes in my life.

Enough already! I can't keep doing this yo-yo thing.
Have made enough excuses, now it's time to get busy.

The goal is to get below 200 lbs. No date set, though. I'm going to set mini-goals for myself as I go.

emoticon Your dog sounds adorable. My Chloe won't do her business in the rain and as I found out yesterday, she's not too fond of walks in the rain either. Maybe I'll buy her a raincoat. I always wanted a reason to get her one.

Do you have dog walkers in your area?A lot of my friends who own dogs and work all day, use dog walkers. It breaks the day up for the dog. 8.5 hours is a loooooong time to leave a doggie alone. ;o( My golden is a rescue also. He was at the Oakland SPCA, a horrible place to be in. I got him when he was 6 and now he is 12. Little by little he is slowing down. ;o( I love your blogs when you mention Zeus. Take lots of pics and good luck on your journey here.
