*Update* January 1, 2013 Starting from scratch.... again... 270.0 lbs at 2 pm today. Goal: 235 lbs by October...my 49th birthday. Start living. So here I am trying to drop some serious poundage. Time to make some serious changes in my life. Re-Starting weight: 288.2 (November 22, 2011) Goal weight: 188.0 Goal date: October 2013 Have made enough excuses, now it's time to get busy.
