Just beginning...
I have been a professional dieter for my whole life. I really am tired of it, and want to just be healthy. I figure the weight will leave as it realizes it is no longer being fed. Small steps that allow me to address my emotional issues with food will lead to a better and healthier lifestyle. Anyways, that's my speel. Best wishes to all who read this.
