Hi there! Welcome to SP! The best adivce I've heard recently is to not make weight loss a race with the scale. Make adaptations/changes and additions to your everyday life that you can live with the rest of your life. The weight will come off as a "side-effect". This mental attitude has really helped me stay on the wagon, even though my weight loss has been slow this time around. Time will pass whether you are trying to loose weight or be healthy. Why not pass the time being the healthiest, best possible you?
