UPDATE: Sept 2012
After a short lived detour working with an online coach who was so not my style, I am giving Sparkcoach a whirl. I'm checking out the 2 week trial. We'll see what happens from there. :)
I am working with two coaches/personal trainers who are helping me to transform my life. I am learning to ask for and receive help. My life is changing, and I am the one making the changes!
To remember I am a great person.

To not panic when I sit in a chair, worrying that it is not going to hold me.
To stop holding myself back from social situations.
To wear a dress (and feel comfortable in it)

I think how you look when you're skinny idepends how you lose weight. If you not look at calories and not nutritional value, you're starving your body instead of giving it the fuel it needs to flourish. Exercising gives you a good muscular foundation

thanks for your kind words. I really like how I look now and wonder if I will not be happy with how skinny my face will be when I hit goal weight. I have seen alot of people that have lost 100lbs and you don't recognize them or they look "sick" Both my mom and my brother didn't look right to me when they were at their thinnest. Oh well, I guess they are bigger worries than how I look.
