My Goals:
To lose wight, feel great, have more energy, peace. balance and happiness in my life.

My Program:
Incorporating more fruit and upping the veggies. Less processed food and more natural, whole foods. Limiting sugar and white flour. Stepping up the exercise with weight training and cardio (Turbo Jam). Getting in plenty of rest and water...reading a lot about health, nutrition and exercise.

Presently living in West Palm Beach, FL...but my heart is always in BOSTON.
