Hi there! I'm a stay at home mom, and child care provider. I enjoy what I do very much, I also enjoy eating very much too. I've always had some kind of physical activity in my life. So I am telling you all, "yes, I failed. But, I'm not giving up, and I am going to start my journey once again tomorrow morning!!

March 17th 2009!!! Well the luck of the Irish has been with me for awhile now! I've been back in action now for the last couple of months! Lost 10 pounds. Feel better, getting leaner, and hired myself a personal trainer!! Woohoo!! I want to see how far my body can take me to achieving the best that I can be. I am going to get lean, muscular, and look and feel fantastic! Then, I'll see how much more muscular I can get, and see where it takes me!!

My Goals:
My goal is to learn how to eat a bit cleaner and leaner! To learn more about portion sizes, and to learn how I can have more control over it, and not the other way around.


My Program:
I am currently working with a PT for the last month and a half. I am truly loving it. Every other day I do strength training with an ab routine. The days I don't do ST,I do some kind of cardio.
The evenings I do 45 minutes on the treadmill with the incline.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. I currently live in Newfoundland in a beautiful town with my husband and three children, and our dog a Cavalier King Charles named Allie.

Other Information:
I have too many hobbies. To name a few a paint murals, I bake, I'm very creative when it comes to decorating or doing any kinds of crafts, and I love the outdoors.
