My Goals:
My goal is to weigh 130 lbs. I've already lost 5 lbs. in the past month, and I believe it's not only because I've also started going to the gym 5 days per week, but my husband is also on this weight loss journey. We're both striving to live healthier lives by incorporating good eating habits. That means no junk food laying around the house, and lots of fruits and veggies, and red meat only on rare occasions.

My Program:
I'm keeping a food journal of all that I eat and ll the calories I consume. I'm also keeping track of the workouts I do at the gym 5 days per week. I try to keep my calorie intake to less than 1300 per day.

Personal Information:
I live in Kansas with my husband, two children, and dog.

Other Information:
I enjoy crocheting and studying God's Word.

Hello, my friend. I hear you about being too tired to get in a good workout. The end of the school year is exhausting. On top of that, I have been sick for more than two weeks. Oh, and just for good measure, Mother Nature is playing around with my cycle. I am only 4 pounds away from where I was when I started going to WW meetings 3 years ago. Very discouraging. Wednesday is my last day of work for the summer. Thursday, I am getting back to working on ME.
We can do this!
