Pushing forward to reach my goal in 2012!
I am a 49 year old female that had all the intentions of getting healthy in 2011. My plans did not work out as I intended them too so now I need to "REFOCUS" and get my act together. I have my sigths set on becoming a healthy, more motivated, more fit, take back my life person!!! I want to achieve a better quality of life in all aspects.....I will lose the weight! I will take back my life!!!!

Small steps in the right direction...eat right and exercise.
My Program:
Keep a food diary, track calories, and water consumption. For exercise.... Walk away the Pounds at least 2 times a week, Been going to Zumba Classes 3 times a week and absolutely LOVE IT!
