Good morning--let me say that oatmeal yesterday was to die for! The Oopsie Roll is a recipe a stumbled on for making grain free rolls--do a search for it and the recipe should pop up. If not I'll send you the link. I use it more like a slice of bread tho--so two rolls per sandwich. It makes a dainty roll but totally satisfies me. I have been doing the program described in the book The Obesity Code by Jason Fung MD and therefore have been sugar/sweetener and grain free for 17 days now! I am down 7.2 since I started this--and happy with the great food I eat!
Hi Mary, Ryan has given his apartment up to move into the one we have in our basement. Our apartment has a separate kitchen and bath and the recreation room is shared. WE only rent to family members. Ryan will move to his own place eventually but he has the pancreas transplant surgery after the kidney transplant. That will happen in about a year or so afterwards. I'm just happy to have him here where I can monitor his health after the surgery and if any rejecetion presents itself I will see it and get him into the hospital right away to get that reversed. They can do so much these days it's amazing. Thank you for commenting and for caring hon, it is so appreciated.
