My Goals:
As I age I'm realizing more and more the importance of health, and it's connection to the body-mind. Looking good is wonderful; but health is the most important factor. I want to get to a healthy BMI, build muscle mass, and have the energy to enjoy life.
My Program:
I have joined the Spring into Summer challenge, and will be strength training every day, and doing cardio five days per week. I am following the routine set by SparkPeople, and also doing Jane Fonda workouts for seniors.
Personal Information:
I am from Niagara Falls, New York and have lived in California, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, and Pennsylvania at various points in my life. I have returned to my birthplace.
Other Information:
