Today is my birthday and for one, whole day I'm not tracking a thing, I'm not going to exercise and I'm going to eat whatever I want, because if you don't do that once in a blue moon, what's the point of living? Tomorrow, I'm right back at it !
Thanks guys. Seeing how commited and successful you've been is going to be a big help for me, I think. I've been keeping track of everything I eat and you're right, it does make a big difference. I didn't realize how much mindless eating I was doing. Thanks again for stopping by my page. :)
Welcome to SP. It sounds like you have made up your mind that "this is it". So, that's a great start. You will find lots of positive support here. I like the food tracker. It is a little time consuming but keeps you honest and on track. It also helps me make better choices. Get moving and don't let anything stand in your way.
Good Morning, Just wanted to say you go girl!!! You can do it. I have currently lost 30 lbs since January. Not a fast pace but a steady one. The biggest thing that has helped me is faithfully Journaling everything I eat. It has really helped me. And without fail I walk/run 3-4 times a week. My current goal is to keep doing that as the weather changes. I always stop walking through the winter. YOU can do it!!!! Take care-Nancy
