I would like to feel more comfortable in my skin and in my clothes. I'd like more energy to play with my son because he and I will only be this young once.

Join an exercise-based team, look on the Fitness Message Board or ask a Spark Friend to a virtual workout by both doing the same Spark Video in a day?
