My Goals:
Just one of my goals is to be able to wear my engagement ring again. I took it off while I was preggers and was never able to wear it again.

My Program:
To meet my goals I am following Sparks recommended daily calorie intake, exercising at least 3 times a week, and trying to stay positive. Even if I only lost half a pound it is still less than what I used to be. Any loss is better than gaining.

Personal Information:
My name is Kat and I am from the Winston-Salem, NC area. A am happily married with one toddler son. My son is very energetic and I want to have to energy to keep up with him and also make sure that I am a good role model and he doesn't fall into my bad habit footsteps.

Other Information:
This section is a little difficult for me because I love books and I love movies. The best thing I have discovered though is reading a good book, not sprawled out on the couch, but working out. Makes the time fly and gives me the time to read when no one is pressuring me to get up and do something else.

Let go of what happened Christmas. Time to look ahead. Figure out what it is you want to do. Set Mini Goals. I usually do my mini goals for a week. Once I have accomplished my mini goal for that week I move ahead to something more challenging. Take it one step at a time. Results (hate to say it) will not come overnight. emoticon
