Best wishes on your journey! this is day.... I forget for me....I've been sparking for a few years now, met my goals and have been maintaining with some minor ups and downs...the thing is that I get off track from time to time and just a minor correction gets things back to what has now become normal. I mention this so you can be heartened to know that we're all in this together no matter what part of the journey we're on. You can do it....we're in this together!
