I am glad that I found the sparks people web page. I so needed this.
I can't afford a trainer and this site really helps with everything I need.

My Goals:
To not cave in and fall off the wagon when life happens.
My Program:
I am learning to watch what I eat and how much of it I eat. I am also learning about fitting work out plans into my life slowly but surely. I have fibromyalgia so I have to get into things kind of slow.
Other Information:
Rededicated my heart to the Lord about 2 years ago so alot of my life now is not only trying to learn how to get back on the wagon and eat right but learn how to live right as well.
