My Goals:
My goal is to live a healthy lifestyle by

1. Only eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm full/satisfied.

2. Secondary to #1, eat within the suggested calorie range 6 days a week.

2. Be active for 30 minutes every day, whether it be jumping on the trampoline with my kids or walking/jogging.

3. Be at my goal weight when my body gets there based on goal #1 and #2.

My Program:
I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my personal health where I want it to be...well, as long as it's something I can continue to do on an ongoing basis.

I have recently realized that it's not about doing anything, other than listening to what my body is telling me. It has taken a good 2 months for me to truly be able to listen and HEAR what it's telling me.

Personal Information:
I leave in Eastern Washington, the desert part of this state. I have been happily married for 19 years and have 3 lovely children, 10, 8 and 4. I work full-time doing .NET programming for business applications for a large company in our area (doesn't help the weight loss to sit at a desk all day) and am interested in making friends on SP to help me and them to achieve our goals.

Other Information:
It was for freedom that Christ set us free...and where the spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. If we abide in his spirit we ARE free.

We can reverse years of damage to our bodies by deciding to raise our standards for ourselves, then living differently. Old wounds heal, injuries repair, and the whole system improves with just a few changes in what we put into our bodies and how we move them. (Unknown)

It is really hard to keep members connecting from the West side of the state. I am gong to send a Spark mail to the team members to see who is still out there and wants to join in on some type of challenge for the holiday time.

emoticon to being healthy. I am still here and still using the tracker for fitness and nutrition every day that is the why I am still here to keep healthy.
I am working from home now as a Logistics Manager for a large electronics company. I love my new job however I do have to do more exercise as before I was working retail and standing and walking for ten hours a day so a big change on the exercise for me I got an elliptical machine and do my walk away the pounds dvd's and walk outside when it is not raining it has rained for the past three and a half weeks, what a bummer I wish I was back on the east side of the state when the rainy season starts here. I miss the weather there.
