I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Generally I take one day a week and sleep in and workout at home. I love Jillian Michaels videos and Tae Bo!! So I also do them sometimes. At the gym I do 45-60 minutes of cardio (usually the elliptical) and then 30 minutes of strength training alternating muscle groups on different days!!
I also count and record every calorie I eat (this is huge for me) I stay within the 1200-1400 calorie limit!!!
My name is Melissa and I am from Hayward, WI I am 29 and a mother of 3 beautiful children and a wife to a wonderful man! I love to read, learn, travel, run, and spend time with my family! I am a Christian women and very proud of it I do a lot of volunteer work for the church and many other ministries!
God will do Exceedingly and Abundently more then we could ever ask or imagine.

An all girl camp out sounds really fun! There are so many local races especially in Superior/Duluth. It is so hard to choose! I know in September, though, I will be doing one for CASDA and would love the company. By the way, here is the site where I find alot of the local races. http://www.northlandrunner.com/run?page=Ra ces
