    Loved your answer on the HOW DO YOU STAY POSITIVE column. It sounds like you have everything working together. Getting enough sleep is the hardest one for me, but I agree with you.

    Yeah, I like it alot too! For the amount of info it gives back to you, the effort is not all that much. I realized through using the site that I was severely deficient on my protein also, which is why I have decided to eat meat until I get into my goal weight range, and then transition back into being a vegetarian. the amount of calories you have to consume to meet your protein intake as a vegetarian is alot higher.
    I saw that you joined quickfire! I like it, and the leaders are friendly. Its a really quick way to get just a little bit extra strength training or cardio in each day. And I'm finding the more ways I try to squeeze that stuff in, the easier it becomes.
    I'm glad you are liking it so much! I'm telling everyone who will listen about it, its nice to know I'm not the only one who sees how awesome the site is. emoticon
