Peej gets fit in 2012! AND 2013!

2012 was a life changing year for me. I joined SparkPeople and took it seriously, and managed to lose 20 pounds over the course of 8 months. I slacked off in the last few months of the year and gained 5 back, and I remembered that I'm not so good at doing this alone, so I'm back! Even though the last 10 pounds have been challenging, I'm proud that I've managed to keep the first 15 off for almost 2 years - I feel like they're gone forever!

Great job on your weight loss and maintenance of it! I LOVED you comment on the message board about exercise being a choice. This is my mindset (now) and you said everything that I was thinking in reading that post!
