Peej gets fit in 2012! AND 2013!
2012 was a life changing year for me. I joined SparkPeople and took it seriously, and managed to lose 20 pounds over the course of 8 months. I slacked off in the last few months of the year and gained 5 back, and I remembered that I'm not so good at doing this alone, so I'm back again in 2013 to kick those last 15 pounds! I did a 5k mud run on May 4th, 2013, which was one of the best things I've done for myself. I want to train even harder so I can run further in the next one!
