Wannabe Runner

Hi there! I'm just a 26 year old trying to get in shape and stay in shape. I really want to be a runner (nothing hardcore, just want to run to be fit), but a congenital heart condition keeps me moving slowly towards that goal. I can officially run a mile without stopping which is a first in my lifetime!

My Goals:
My goal is to reach the weight I was at when I graduated college 129lbs. i am just within reach.

I would also like to run more than a mile without stopping.

My Program:
I run/walk on Saturdays and Sundays on outdoor trails (a little over 2mi total) with my husband and my German Shepherd, Numa. I try to do cardio one other time a week (usually just walking), but the day varies because i coach cheerleading.

My biggest weakness is strength training. I need to consciously do this more during the week.

In addition to exercise I do my best to stick to 1670 calories a day.
