I work odd shift and it's hard for me to live a balanced life. Being healthy is very important to me. I have made many lifestyle changes and looking to improve it . 2011 was good. I did my first half in may (not great). I did another one in November and joined a training team which was great! I am now coaching 10k team for the first time and cycling. I want to continue to raise the bar and make changes that I can be proud of. Weight is still an issue. Can't figure that out ...

My Goals:
Run more events in 2012 and run more days and distance than last year. Started cycling and I want to continue and build my mileage. Currently furthest is 35.5 miles. Lose weight- I want to see the scale under 150 and never go back
