One step, one meal, one day at a time...
I'll keep this intro just like me--short and sweet. Once I was fat. Then I got ridiculously skinny. Now I am fat again. I am not and never have been an athlete. I don't want to be a body builder or run marathons. I just want to be healthy. I want to move everyday and eat well. I have whittled my friend list to a number that I can manage. Don't be offended if I removed you. I just can't handle too many friends at once. I will continue to ...

My Goals:
I will walk at least 30 min. a day. I will log all my food, activity, and water. I will eat more fruits and veggies, and limit snacking.
My Program:
Track all food and fitness. Cardio 30 minutes a day increasing time and/or intensity every day.
Personal Information:
I live in East Tennessee on beautiful Cherokee Lake. I retired in May, 2011 after teaching school for 30 years! My only son is grown and lives in Orlando where he is an Emmy Award Winning News Producer!!! God blessed me with a wonderful first husband who passed away in 1995. In 2007, the good Lord sent me Scott, the sweetest husband on Earth, when I least expected it.
